A NON-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. It is a STRICT requirement that 72 hours notice is given to ALL cancellations, failure to do so will result in a LOSS OF DEPOSIT. If 72 hours notice is not given for your complimentary 4-6week touch-up, you will incur a fee of $200 to rebook.

rescheduling policy

We understand that sometimes ‘life’ happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment, however, this also affects us and other clients. 48 hours notice is required for all rescheduled appointments, failure to do so will result in a LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT.

(Special circumstances will be considered at our discretion).

no shows

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and any future bookings will require full payment up front.
